To be added or removed, e-mail the webmaster (DO NOT PAGE).
Provide the following information:

1) Full name and credential (e.g., Jane Doe, RNP)
2) Group under which you should be listed (e.g., Anesthesia)
3) You pager Number with area code
4) Important: I need the pin number on label on back of pager:

It may be the same number as your pager number (newer pagers),
Otherwise it may be a 7-digit number starting "00..." (older pagers).
If it's the same, please confirm that.
If you can't figure out your PIN, contact the supplier of your pager.

Please note: only Verizon / Airtouch pagers can be added to this system
